Sarah Jane Sampson has spent her life caring for others. Since her mother was murdered by mafia hitmen, it's been up to Sarah to take care of her ailing sister, Julie. However, things aren't quite as they seem. Sure, she has her boyfriend, Cerberus to deal with, but he can be more of a handful than not. Her father is still in prison back in the United States, and it's his organization that found and killed her mother. On top of all that, she's a mutant! Vowing to use her power to help those who need it most, Blue Streak is born!
